To fear God is to honour Him, respect His authority, obey His Word, and stay away from sin.
The fear of God helps us make the right decisions, even when no one is watching.
“Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.” — Ecclesiastes 12:13
Joseph showed the fear of God when he refused to sin, saying, “How then can I do this great wickedness, and sin against God?” — Genesis 39:9
When we truly fear God, we do not live to please people; we live to please Him.
